Writ of Dominion #1974

The Writ of Dominion grants full control of an island in the Archipelagos to its named holder. It entitles the bearer to govern, construct, levy tribute, and defend the land as they see fit, elevating them to the rank of “Ser / Lady” of their island. Each Writ bears the Seal of the Chancery of the Archipelagos.
